Welcome to ExpoSetGo, a service operated by Pennyworth LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ExpoSetGo", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExpoSetGo website and services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully — by using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ExpoSetGo is a discovery directory for trade shows, expos, conventions, and vendor opportunities. We compile and source-check listings, but events are organized and operated by independent third parties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any listing — dates, location, vendor terms, or availability — is complete or current. Always confirm details directly with the event organizer before making travel, booth, or ticket commitments.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts using automated means or on behalf of others without authorization.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent or automated, or are used to abuse the Service.

By creating an account you consent to receive account and service emails (such as sign-up confirmation and account notices) and reminders for expos you choose to save. Marketing or promotional emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, crawl, or copy listings or data by automated means, or resell or redistribute our data;
• use bots, scripts, or other automated methods to create accounts or interact with the Service;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• upload or submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Listings & third-party content

Event names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in our directory does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. ExpoSetGo is independently operated and is not affiliated with the events it lists. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Any dealings you have with an organizer, venue, or advertiser are solely between you and that party.

5. Submissions

If you submit a listing, claim, report, or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and edit it for operating and promoting the Service. We may review, modify, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpoSetGo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or costs of substitute services, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any decision made in reliance on a listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExpoSetGo and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and version above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, where Pennyworth LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
