IMEX America 2026
IMEX America 2026 returns to Mandalay Bay as a premier trade show for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry. The show connects thousands of professionals, including meeting planners, corporate and association buyers, and industry leaders, with thousands of regional and global suppliers presenting destinations, venues, hotels and event services. Qualified buyers take part in extensive appointment-based meetings designed to facilitate business, while the broader community explores the show floor, discovers new partners and stays current with industry developments. Complementing the exhibition is a free, expansive professional education program featuring well over a hundred sessions, including case studies, panel discussions and spotlight talks on what is changing across the business events landscape. The show is free to attend for industry professionals and students studying event management, broadening access to learning and networking. Hosted at one of the largest convention venues in the country on the Las Vegas Strip, IMEX America offers the meetings and events sector a comprehensive marketplace to build relationships and shape future programs.
